Program Manager
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Program Manager based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the successful execution of ATF’s diverse programs and initiatives. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving ATF’s mission forward, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of Persons with Disabilities.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work/Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience of 2+ years in program management, preferably in the social impact sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management tools and software applications such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for program growth, and drive results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in programs designed for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) or in the disability sector is a plus, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of ATF’s programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and track budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs, including resource allocation, scheduling, and logistical support.
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
- Identify risks and challenges that may impact program delivery and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Monitor program performance and outcomes, and prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a small team of field coordinators & operations associates.
Remuneration: 4.5 to 5.5 LPA (additional performance-based incentives)
