programs and initiatives. ATF has a network of 450+ Assistive Technology Startups/ innovators in the country. ATF also co-founded a global network +N Inclusive Innovation Network with organizations in 6 other countries.
Role Description:
As a Program Associate, you will support the design, execution, and day-to-day management of ATF’s various programs. This includes coordinating hybrid incubation programs for startups and innovators, CSR Programs, assisting with communications and outreach efforts, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a passion for social innovation and disability inclusion.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, development studies, project management, social innovation, or related fields.
- 0–1 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or entrepreneurship/startup support.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong time-management skill.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with social media and digital outreach platforms.
- Familiarity with disability inclusion and assistive technologies, experience with hybrid (online/offline) program execution and prior involvement in startup ecosystems, NGOs, or innovation programs are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Support & Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of program activities, including incubation events, workshops, and mentoring sessions (virtual & in-person).
- Outreach & Communication: Support social media campaigns, digital communications, and content creation. Coordinate with partners and outreach channels to extend program reach.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with startups, mentors, guest speakers, and other stakeholders. Schedule meetings and maintain regular communication.
- Event Assistance: Coordinate logistics and accessibility needs for events such as Innovation Bootcamps and Challenges. Assist with speaker and participant onboarding.
- Entrepreneur Support: Monitor participant progress, collect feedback, and assist in tailoring support based on startup needs and program goals.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project trackers, compile program data, and help prepare reports and case studies for internal and external use.
