We do so by harnessing the power of AT & supporting development of innovative technology products and services. In a span of 4 years, ATF has impacted the lives of 9.1 lakh (910,000) Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through its high impact programs and initiatives. ATF has a network of 450+ Assistive Technology Startups/ innovators in the country. ATF also co-founded a global network Inclusive Innovation Network with organizations in 6 other countries.
Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Program Associate based in Bengaluru. This individual will play a critical role in ATF’s growth strategy by conducting research to identify sectoral opportunities. In addition to research, the Program Associate will support program coordination, content creation for social media, and presentation development. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving community engagement and impact.

Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, or any other relevant field.
- Proven experience in researching and identifying sectoral opportunities through internships or similar experiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in content writing for social media platforms and creating presentations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Capacity for program coordination, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Understanding of the non-profit and social impact entrepreneurship space.
- An inclination towards enabling inclusion and understanding of disabilities and associated nuances, particularly in the context of Assistive Technology, is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify sectoral opportunities and insights in the AT ecosystem, providing strategic recommendations for growth and expansion.
- Support program coordination efforts, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with ATF’s objectives.
- Create compelling content for ATF’s social media platforms, including posts, articles, and other communications to engage with the community and enhance visibility.
- Develop presentations that effectively communicate program updates, and strategic insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate community engagement efforts, fostering relationships with stakeholders and enhancing ATF’s impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure synergy in research, program coordination, and content creation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies and research efforts, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.
Remuneration: 3 to 4 LPA
