About the Program:
Adidvara is a digital platform designed to connect Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) with Assistive Technology(AT). It enables better access to learning, jobs (livelihood), and living opportunities in one place.
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail oriented Product Development Associate to join our team. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams,
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the Engineering fields (Computer Science or, Electronics Engineering is a plus) .
- 1-3 years of experience as a business analyst/product developer or related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in product management tools like Jira, Trello etc. Familiarity with design tools like CANVA, FIGMA , ADOBE XD is a plus..
- Excellent communication, and problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to the changing priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product requirements: Gathering and documenting product requirements from stakeholders
- Product roadmap: Help maintain and update the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives for the App and its features. User experience: Work with the design team to create user centered design (keeping in mind the accessibility guidelines) that meet product requirements and brand guidelines.
- Launch planning: Assist in planning and executing launch of the various versions of the App.
- Market research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
