Lead, Market Research & Community Engagement

Employment Type: Full-time/Contractual

We are seeking a full-time Lead for Market Research & Community Engagement based in Bengaluru. This individual will play a key role in driving ATF’s growth strategy by conducting market research, gathering data and insights, and identifying opportunities for expansion. Additionally, they will oversee ATF’s community engagement efforts and ensure effective communication with stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving growth, community engagement and impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Social Work (preferable) or any other disciplinary.
  • Proven experience of gathering and analyzing data to drive growth and expansion via internships etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and extract actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and driving startup community engagements.
  • Ability to identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges, and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Understanding of the non-profit & social impact space. 
  • Additionally, an inclination towards enabling inclusion & understanding of disabilities & associated nuances is a plus, but not required.
  • Conduct market research to identify key opportunities and trends in the Assistive Technology (AT) ecosystem, and provide recommendations for growth and expansion.
  • Analyze data and market trends to develop and implement strategies for increasing ATF’s reach and impact.
  • Oversee ATF’s community engagement efforts and facilitate the team/leadership to foster relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and outreach activities to enhance ATF’s growth and impact.
  • Manage ATF’s social media platforms, including creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in market research and growth initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies and research efforts, and make adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.

This position also offers the opportunity to transition into an apprenticeship or temporary employment with a commitment of at least one year, ideally suitable for students in their gap years.
