Creative Communications Associate

At the Assistive Technology Foundation (ATF), we work with innovators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers building solutions that improve the lives of persons with disabilities. We are looking for a creative professional who can bring stories, ideas, and impact to life through compelling visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, reports, presentations, event collaterals, and marketing materials.
- Edit videos for social media, events, campaigns, interviews, and storytelling content.
- Create engaging visual assets aligned with ATF’s brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the communications and program teams to translate ideas into impactful content.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
- Strong graphic design skills with an eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Intermediate-level video editing skills, including motion graphics, transitions, and audio syncing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of creative projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with social impact, startups, nonprofits, or innovation ecosystems.
- Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
