We do so by harnessing the power of AT & supporting development of innovative technology products and services. In a span of 4 years, ATF has impacted the lives of 9.1 lakh (910,000) Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) through its high impact programs and initiatives. ATF has a network of 450+ Assistive Technology Startups/ innovators in the country. ATF also co-founded a global network Inclusive Innovation Network with organizations in 6 other countries.

About the Program:
Adidvara is India’s first digital platform that helps connect people with disabilities to assistive technology. The goal is to help people with disabilities access better learning, job, and living opportunities through technology.

Role Overview:
As a Community Manager, your job is to help make Adidvara successful by connecting it to people who can benefit from it. You will build relationships with people with disabilities, companies that hire them, and others who can support the program. This role involves traveling, meeting people, and ensuring more users join and benefit from the platform.

What You Need:

  • A degree or experience in social work (freshers with passion are welcome).
  • Must speak Kannada well to talk with people in Karnataka (both cities and villages).
  • Strong research skills to gather information and make smart decisions.
  • Good communication and people skills to work with many different groups.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills are a big plus.
  • Experience Working in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities is an add-on advantage.
  • Experience Working with Individuals with Disabilities is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Help bring more users to Adidvara by going out into the community.
  • Research groups that can benefit from the platform and find ways to reach them.
  • Host workshops and get feedback from users to make the platform better.
  • Test how easy the platform is to use and suggest improvements.
  • Create plans to keep users engaged and using the platform.
  • Assist users with any questions or problems they have while using the platform.

This role requires being on the ground, meeting people, and ensuring more users join and benefit from Adidvara.
