ATF has a network of 450+ Assistive Technology Startups innovators in the country. ATF also co-founded a global network +N Inclusive Innovation Network with organizations in 6 other countries.

Program Overview:

Adidvara is India’s first curated digital platform designed to accelerate the adoption of Assistive Technology solutions for people with disabilities. The platform aims to create a digital marketplace that enhances access to learning, livelihood, and living opportunities for people with disabilities.

Role Description

The Partnership and Community Outreach role is pivotal in ensuring Adidvara’s success by bridging the gap between the platform and its target users. This position involves building partnerships with various stakeholders (including people with disabilities, corporations/ employers hiring people with disabilities), driving on-ground implementation & adoption of Adidvara, and building strong community relationships. This role is crucial to the overall impact which ATF aims to make through Adidvara digital platform.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field. freshers with a strong academic record and a passion for creating social impact are encouraged to apply
  • Fluency in Kannada is essential for effective communication and engagement with the target audience. This Program is Going to be implemented in Karnataka (Both in Urban & Rural Places )
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth research, analyze complex data, and derive actionable insights to inform program strategy and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Weightage will be given to quick on the feet thinkers and adopting a horses-for-courses strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive on-ground program execution to onboard users onto the Adidvara platform. Conduct extensive research to identify target user groups, including institutions catering to people with disabilities. Implement strategies to acquire users through various channels.
  • Actively engage with the target audience through workshops and feedback sessions to enhance platform features. Conduct thorough usability testing and provide feedback on user experience and accessibility.
  • Develop compelling content for social media platforms to reach a mass audience and promote Adidvara. Explore innovative strategies to expand the platform’s user base.
  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships to strengthen Adidvara’s ecosystem. Explore opportunities for collaborations with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with corporate organizations and third-party hiring consultancies to identify job opportunities suitable for people with disabilities and onboard them in the Adidvara.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive user adoption and engagement strategy to increase platform usage and user retention.
  • Provide empathetic support to users, addressing their queries and concerns. Demonstrate patience and understanding while assisting users in navigating the platform.
